Skiing and Snowboarding

I just saw this website called Skier Supremacy. I just figured I'd put in my two cents and do a little rant.
This isn't the fuckin' 90s anymore guys, seriously. I thought we've moved past hating each other, and moved on to sharing the slopes. Guess not. I never give skiers hassle but they always seem to hassle me? Maybe you're the ones being childish. Yeah you've got your Skier only mountains, and no snowboarders are allowed? Sounds a bit selfish doesn't it? I never see ANY snowboarders being rude to any skiers. They usually just stop to admire the steezyness of skiing. Cause I will admit, skiing is steezy as fuck. But really, if you're a skier and you're not an asshole (i know a few) thank you. Because I'm sick and tired of asshole skiers. Thank you and GOOD FUCKIN' NIGHT.

Assholes that sue left and right

So I was thinkin' about this today while drinking some coffee from Dunkin' Donuts. I hate assholes that sue everyone left and right for their own mistakes. It's retarded honestly. Like, that little cardboard thing that keeps your coffee from burning you, that's there because of a lawsuit. I hate the fact that someone was so stupid that they didn't think the coffee was going to be hot (even though they could feel it through the cup). They scalded themselves and took DD to court even though that it was not DD's fault whatsoever, but it was just their stupid fault for putting the cup between their legs in the first place. God damn. But that's not the worst. The worst is the people that do this on purpose, who trip on a McDonalds sidewalk and sue them for that, and they do this because they don't want to work, but want free money. Maybe this is why every country in the fuckin world hates us? If anyone from other countries is reading this, trust me we aren't all this selfish, it's just the fucktards.
Stay Gold everyone.

Not ranting at the moment.

So here I am, sitting in bed at 4 AM in my boxers, listenin' to toes by the Zac Brown Band. And I love my life. I went to the fair earlier with my best friend, met up with a girl who I was going to maybe hook up with, it didn't happen, so we left her. We walked around a bit, talked to some people, had fun, then we decided to split and just drive for a bit. We drove for about an hour and a half, just driving and talking and I gotta say it was the best fuckin' night I've had in so long. And I loved it. So if any of you are having a shitty day, or you need something to cheer you up, go out and hang out with your best friend. It's a pretty fun time. We joked around, laughed, drank monsters and ate gas station boneless rib sandwhichs. God damn, I wish I could do this every day. Expect a few posts soon, I start school Monday so goodluck, all that bullshit, ADIOS FOR NOW WORLD! <3
STAY GOLD! :)

Friendzone

Requested by Ruben
The friendzone. ahhhh, a terrible place. A place of sadness, a place of mockery, and a place of an unimaginable number of best friend hugs, that you wont ever get past. I'm in about 20 or 30 friend zones, with numerable girls. Let me tell you my story before I rant about the friendzone. Back in middle school, I asked out a few girls, got friendzoned, and moved on. Same with freshmen year. I brushed off most of the girls that I have friendzoned, except for a few. Now, I've started to work out, be more attractive, etc, and it's somewhat working. These girls are sort of flirting with me now. Well one of them is, because the other two have boyfriends, but still. I'm currently trying to get oout of the friendzone with the single girl, so I'm not sure how that'll go.

Moving on. The friendzone: relationship hell, a place you never want to be. The timeline goes something like this; You start talking to girl. You and her become friends. Talk to friends about it, they convince you to ask said girl out. You do this. Rejects you (without giving you a fucking chance). Week or two (maybe more) of sadness. "Can we still be friends?" of course we can. You think this is good because you'll be able to get out of the friendzone. WRONG. You end up listening to her talking about guys every hour of the day, complaining about how they're all douchebags and how there are no nice guys anymore (hey bitch look who you're talking to), and then you comfort her, she stays single for a while, always talking to you, you think things are looking up because you always talk and she gives you a lot of hugs and says she loves you all the time, then bam, another douchebag comes along and steals her heart. Well that's basically it. Almost impossible to get out of (unless shes a whore) and it sucks. Many of you know what I'm talking about and a select few don't. Chances are we've all been friendzoned at one point, so you know what you should do? Do what I do. If you're scrawny, work out (I havn't built muscle yet but I'm working on it) if you're not a flirt, start flirting, and so on. Just improve your overall attractiveness, and that doesn't just mean looks. Take up a sport, do something interesting. I fly planes, bitches love that. I snowboard (i'm cold blooded so I do it shortsleeved) bitches love that too. I've gotten most girls numbers snowboarding because I sing on the ski lift and wear short sleeve shirts. Common guys you can do it. Just try it.

Nice guys

Sometimes I really hate being nice by nature. It sucks. Nice guys always finish last. I'm sixteen, you think I'd have a girlfriend? Nope. I've been turned down by all but two girls I've asked out. And yeah I know what you guys are thinking, "Matt you're in highschool, don't worry about girls just yet". Well you know what I say to that? I've pretty much been single ever since I've started being attracted to girls, and when I do get a girlfriend, it lasts a month at most. I know I should wait for the right girl, but it's like, everyone else gets to have girlfriends that come and go, what about me? My last girlfriend was a whore, and right after we broke up she sent pictures to my best friend. Don't ask me how I figured out, that's not a good thing, but really? It's stupid because I try extremely hard, and yet none ever feel the same way. Anyone know that feeling? Yeah? Suck doesn't it?
Stay Gold guys.

My situation at my job right now

Alright, so I work at a small business restaurant. Now I was hired about 2 weeks ago, and I have YET to receive my application. Now, mind you I have already done 9 hours there (I only help on weekends) and he has only mentioned it once. Second, he hasn't mentioned anything about pay, what im getting paid, or the proper paperwork for it. This is really starting to piss me off. Thirdly, the kitchen is having me doing less than grunt work. I'm talking washing the fucking walls. Now I know what you're thinking: "that's what needs to be done Matt" Well I'm sorry but I think washing the walls is a bit over the line. I'm tempted to put in an application to Gamestop or somewhere similar and if I get the job there then just quit at the restaurant.

What would you guys do?

Religous people.

Religious people piss me off. I'm talking the type of people who take their beliefs and shove them down your throat like a fat kid shoves cake down his throat. I was talking to a religious person (my friends girlfriend's mom) and she's not the type that shoves her beliefs down peoples throats. I actually had a good conversation with her and she agrees with me. But anyways, back to the real subject. I recently decided I am Agnostic because I am the type of person (mentioned before in one of my posts) who likes to see all the facts before making a decision. I feel the humanity hasn't had all the information to make this type of decision. And It pisses me off that people will be so ignorant and continue to shove their views down my throat like they know whats up, like they've met "God" before or they've disproven the exsistence already. And if you can show me substantial proof then I'll change my mind, but until then, don't shove your views in my face. I really can't think of anything to talk about on this topic but if you have anything to add, you know where to type!

Also on a side note, a fellow blogger that I followed, mentioned that I should watch the movie Source Code. I did. I loved it. Thank you Sinclair.

Remember everyone; Stay Gold.

Being "better" than someone else

You know what I hate? When someone knows something, or does something that not many people do, and they think they're better than you. I've run into many people like that before, from people who do that because they play a sport, to people who do that because you've only played the game they obsess over once. It irritates me because I know that just because they know a few things I don't I know a few things they don't. For example, I met someone who travels all over Europe during the summer (probably a typical rich asshole, who thinks he's better than me because he has more money). I told him that I fly planes as a hobby and am thinking of taking it up as a career by following it through college. Well he started talking about how he goes to Europe every summer, and how he knew so many things about the Europeans. I was thinking to myself, "and from the looks of you, they probably hate your guts every time you come over there." He then started going off about how he studies at this prestigious magnet school or some bullshit. I about punched him. Seriously. What is wrong with this world where we feel the need to be better than someone. I have never thought that I am smarter, or better off than someone because I do something they don't. I'm very modest when it comes to other people. Tell me what you guys think about this issue, or any previous experience we these kind of people. This was just a quick little rant I thought up with while out and about today. Remember everyone: Stay Gold.

Off-topic post

So I just finished watching 2012. Great movie. Not one of the best on my list but that's a different story. Anyways, if you havn't watched it, watch it. Now I won't release my feelings about the whole 2012, end of the word argument just yet, because I don't want to start a flame war, but it's a great movie, with great special effects, but not enough to become like Transformers 3 was. I got a great quote from the movie too that I'll start using from now on. "The day we stop fighting for each other, is the day we lose our humanity."

That quote describes us so well in the event of a catastrophe. The world might be a very hateful place at times, but when a big event (such as the Japan earthquake) happens, we all seem to band together to help each other out. Hell, even with the Haiti earthquake, we brought in a shit ton of relief for them. I don't think a lot of the countries could have gotten by without the efforts of not just the US but countries around the globe. I hate seeing people talking about which country is the best and why because no country is the best. They all have their ups and their downs at times, and this is what makes us human. But what really hits it home is the way we fight for each other. It's a beautiful thing if you look at it. Take the movie Independence Day for example. Say that really did happen. Across the globe, we wouldn't be fighting each other, we would lay down our arms against each other, and take up arms against our oppressor. In the end, I think that a major catastrophe is needed to remind us who we really are, and why we were really put on this planet in the first place (no matter what you believe). Honestly, every single person on this planet makes me proud to be human, and you know why? It's because no matter what, we are all for each other. And that's a beautiful thing. It really is.

Adults

You know, I heard a quote the other day on a site I frequent, and it goes something like "I come to this site because I see the adults in my life, and my "role models" as being pathetic, and just full of shit. I've come to realize how true this statement is in the past few months. I used to think the exact same thing, but I couldn't really put it into words and this quote really hit home.
I've always thought that the way adults acted, all the small talk, the "social norms" of today, are complete and utter bullshit. I've never really understood why, but I see through them, I can see that what you do every day, is for nothing pretty much. Yeah it's to earn money, have a family, get a nice house, etc. But after that, what? Nothing. You don't need anything beyond that point. Money is just a material object. I'm not condoning the material objects of today, I'm mearly saying people who obsess over them are stupid. And the things that come along with these material objects, these social norms, are bullshit. And you want to know why? It's because it's making us more and more boring people. You see people who work office jobs and you spend 2 minutes thinking out his entire day, and you have it. You wake up, go to work, come home, take care of the kids, make dinner, bond with the family, and go to bed. That's it. It never changes. It's always the same. I need excitement in my life. Now at this point, you might be thinking that I'm some crazy against the government person or something along those lines. I'm not, and I'm not saying this is a conspiracy or anything I'm just saying the social norms that society has put into place are bullshit, because it makes you look fucking stupid in the eyes of someone (like me) who can see past them. And it pisses me off to see people acting so stupid as to follow these social norms.

This was a bit off topic, and a bit unscripted as far as thinking it through but I couldn't wait to post this, because I've been thinking about this topic for a while and I've never written it down. This was just a quick little rant I typed up in about 10 minutes off the top of my head. Thanks for reading and remember; Stay Gold.

Racial related things

Sorry about the vague title, but this really is about anything that's considered "Racist". To me, racism is everywhere. I just watched a video about a wal-mart prank that someone pulled, where they came over the loudspeaker and said "All black people are to leave". The news team was interviewing people and each and every one of them (apart from one person) said that this was racist and unacceptable.

To me, racism isn't just making racial remarks, but talking about them aswell, like the people in the interview were doing. If it's so unnacceptable, how about stop complaining about it, and just stop acting like blacks, hispanics etc, are a different race altogether. If you start saying "Oh that was racist" they you're being racist too. And do you know why? It's because you're acknowledging the colour of the people being discriminated against. If you really want racial equality, then stop acknowledging them as a different color!

I really think that everyone of different races should have more humility about their color. Hell, white people do. We get called "Crackers" all the time by black people and we don't say a word, but when one person says something wrong to a black person, he gets arrested. What is this shit!? Seriously.

There was a prank in my school a few months back where someone put up pictures of well known black individuals around the school and (apparently) put racial stereotypes or whatever under the pictures. The office took down all the pictures, and sent out a message to all the teachers to talk to the kids about the pictures. Only one teacher addressed the situation in the best way I could see fit. He told the kids that he doesn't see them as black, white, Asian, etc, he sees them as kids, and children, and HUMAN BEINGS. Every class I went to said the same thing, it's bad to be racist, blahblahblah. I didn't even have this teacher that said that, I heard it from a friend. The best part about that? He is black. He is from africa, and he teaches French. Why can't more people be like him? SERIOUSLY PEOPLE!

All through my life I've heard of the world being an equal place and being a great place, but as I grow up, I'm not seeing any of this so called "equalness". I really think it's time for a change. Just because you're black, white, asian, or hispanic, doesn't mean you get special rights when someone calls you a name, or says something wrong to you. Isn't that the whole point of these equal rights? So one group doesn't have special rights when something happens? If you get special rights when something racist happens to you, we ought to be able to get you arrested for calling us a cracker. Hell, in some gangs, if someone who isn't of black descent calls someone who is a "Nigga" or any variation of the word, he gets curb stomped. If a black calls us that, we should be able to too! I'm not saying we should, but I'm saying let's do that once and see how they react. See how they feel! Jesus fucking christ, I hate racial rants, because this always get's me so fuckin' heated.

Midnight update

So I'm sittin here and I can't sleep, so I started to wonder. I'll start posting these little "updates" about my life over the course of the week, probably 4 or 5 times a week, maybe even once a day. They won't take up the entire blog, but I thought, why not? This is a blog, is it not? Shouldn't just be all me ranting and pissing and moaning. Oh well.
Stay golden everyone.

FUCK DOUBLE STANDARDS

So I watched a video on youtube (to watch said video click the link) about a women who chopped her husband's dick off because of a divorce. I researched this a bit more, and found out that on the view (basically another version of "The Talk") the group of women were laughing their cunty little asses off about this story. That got me thinking: What would happen if a man were to do this to a women, for cheating on him, or for filing for divorce? The aforementioned cunts would be berating this man, and saying that all men are like this, etc, and that man would be facing life in prison no matter what. He'd be degraded by everyone he knows, he'd be hated in prison, etc etc. The women in the video above, was charged with multiple accounts, and I havn't checked on the status of that, but if she is convicted, she will face life in prison, with no possibility of parol. Now, you may be thinking "MATT WAI IS THEES A DOUBLE STANDARD, SHE GOT ARRESTEDED". There was another story a while back about how a women went into her room with her husband sleeping, and blew his brain into bits with his shotgun. When the police arrived, she said he deserved it, and on the court day, she said the same thing, and about how he hit her, etc etc. The jury decided to let her go without having to face any penalties! Now I don't know about the circumstances of the shooting, and I usually try to take a neutral stance on all issues, but THEY LET HER GO! SHE COMMITTED MURDER IN COLD BLOOD AND THEY LET HER GO! What the fuck is this world coming to?! Jesus christ...
